The Captain
Northstar Industries is ably helmed by Mr. Pradip Hiralal Shah, a 3rd generation entrepreneur having 30+ years of experience in the industrial manufacturing sector. He has successfully lead Nirav Industries and the production units of Geep Industries (Torch division) and Ravi-Singhal Industries in the past.
The Co-Captain
Pradip-bhai is assisted by his son, Mr. Shreyans Pradip Shah, who handles new client development and business strategy while being a young and budding entrepreneur, himself full of new ideas.
The Team & Equipment
The team consists of experienced machine operators who handle various machineries and tools with expert precision like 4-axis (500 x 400Y) & 3-axis (1000 x 530Y) VMCs, Lathe, Drill-Tapping, Clinching, amongst others instruments and machines inside the unit to get the job done.
The team follows all the mandated COVID-19 precautions and protocols within the premises.
